Studio Directions
We are located in Oak Hill (south west of downtown Austin)
You will be looking for the AUSTIN BUSINESS PARK at the intersection
of Hwy 290 WEST and MONTERREY OAKS / INDUSTRIAL OAKS BLVD.
If you are coming into Austin from IH35 ( north from
Round Rock / Dallas / Ft Worth )
(Exit right onto 1325 off I 35 .... this takes you to Loop
1 South, then follow these directions )
- From North Austin :
- Take Loop 1 South , ( MOPAC EXPRESSWAY
)
- Stay south and about 1 mile past Hwy 360
( Capital of Texas Hwy ) intersection
- Follow the big green signs that say ‘290
WEST - 71 WEST - JOHNSON CITY - LLANO”
- Stay right, and take the next exit : MONTERREY OAKS - INDUSTRIAL OAKS
BLVD
- Get in the far right lane and go to the first traffic light
- At the light, turn right on Industrial Oaks and then LEFT
in the SECOND driveway on your left.
- Suite #270 ( beige and white striped awning ) second suite
on your left
If you are coming from IH 35 and HWY 71 East /
West intersection : (from Houston)
- Stay on 71 (71 W - 290 W ) and follow the signs that say JOHNSON
CITY - LLANO - HWY 290 WEST AND 71 WEST
- Drive 2.8 miles from IH 35 intersection in left hand lane
until split in road that says Johnson City-Llano
Hwy 290 West-71 West... you will
veer left and continue to follow 290 West.
- Drive 1.8 miles until you see the Exit Monterrey Oaks-Industrial
Oaks Blvd, take this exit.
- Get in the far right hand lane and go to first traffic light.
- Turn right at the light, on Industrial Oaks Blvd, and then
LEFT in the second driveway on your left
- Suite #270 ( beige and white striped awning ) second suite
on your left
If you are coming into Austin from 290 WEST
and ( or) 71 WEST , (from Dripping Springs,
Johnson City )
- Stay on HWY 290 ( going towards Austin ) go thru the OAK
HILL " Y "
- Stay on HWY 290 , go thru the light at William Cannon, continue
thru the next light, and get on the Loop 1
- North freeway,( if you miss the freeway entrance, just stay
on the access road and look for the Monterrey Oaks/ Industrial
Oaks light)
- Be prepared to EXIT at the MONTERREY OAKS / INDUSTRIAL OAKS
BLVD
- Get in the left turn lane to turn left at the light.
- Turn left under the freeway and go straight through that
light
- Turn left into the second driveway on your left
- Suite #270 (beige and white striped awning ) second suite
on your left
